Here's an A to Z list to give you a better idea of what we treat at Piedmont QuickCare at Walgreens locations, including approximate costs for self-pay pricing. Remember that a valid ID, insurance card and form of payment is required at time of service. We accept most major credit cards, personal checks that represent the exact amount for services, and cash. Without these necessary documents, your visit will be rescheduled. Note: Walgreens Healthcare Clinic vouchers are not accepted at Piedmont QuickCare at Walgreens locations.

Late Arrivals: Please arrive 15 minutes before your selected registration time, as arriving late may delay your priority status. If you arrive 5 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate you. We regret that we may have to reschedule.

 If you or a family member is experiencing a life-threatening illness or injury – such as major head trauma, chest pain, severe abdominal pain, or loss of consciousness – immediately call 911 or go directly to an Emergency Room (ER).

Charges may be higher based on the length and complexity of your visit. Your visit may be more complex if you need care for more than one health condition or have an advanced condition. Additional charges apply for diagnostic tests and treatments. Prescription will be sent to the pharmacy of your choice. Patient must provide proof of active prescription (current medication bottle or verification by the patient's current/prior pharmacy, pharmacist, or primary care provider).
